Billy Grimm Named President of GrillSmith Restaurants

TAMPA, Fla. – Billy Grimm has been named president of GrillSmith, (http://www.grillsmith.com), a refined-casual chef-inspired restaurant concept with six locations in Tampa Bay that specializes in innovative and creative interpretations of classic American dishes. GrillSmith is affiliated with Front Burner Brands, a restaurant management company headquartered in Tampa, Fla.

In this role, Grimm presides over GrillSmith’s overall operations including culinary development, training, purchasing and distribution, marketing and finance and accounting. He also oversees the company’s strategic growth. Previously, Grimm was vice president of emerging brands for Front Burner Brands.
